I think they are having some teething problems with their new site. My wife got two emails, went onto the site to view her e-statement and it was unavailable.0

Their 'new and improved' site is the biggest pile of cack I've ever come across, picked quite an easy username as it wasnt already taken. Now find that my account is continually getting locked out presumably as some numpty is trying to login with my username.
Called them and they insisted it must be me entering wrong password, they cant change username, cant delete my online access etc, given up on it now0 -
I got locked out of my online account because apparently I'm a member of their administrator team and I wasn't logging in from a Capital One location.
Yeah, really.0 -
I find their online service quite good, especially the ability to view "pending transactions". I have no problems whatsoever regarding logging in.0

Me too, and pending transactions is a God send!
Does any other card offer this facility?Best Regards,

Same problem. I get a statement e-mail every 1-2 days. Logged in and read my statement loads of times. No sign of them stopping yet.
Also been getting transactions refunded and then re-debited again for some unknown reason.

Bonzer.
I too had the transactions refunded and then re-debited again.
I managed to get £12 out of Capital One for the 'stress' it caused me.
I was quite proud of myself for achieving that small coup - I complained via their online secure messaging system and so didn't even have to pay for any phone calls.
Fortunately the £12 helped me get over the 'stress'. :rotfl:
Capital One have caused me enough genuine stress over the 8 months I've been with them and so I feel we are now even (I also received £250 cashback for the first 3 months of usage which was also a bonus).
When their website works, it does seem to be better than the last one. The transactions appear much quicker, which is good.0 -

I haven't had any problems either with my or OH's accounts online.0 -
I'm getting them everyday too! Sent them 3 secure messages asking them to stop as it's filling my work inbox but no reply. Ho hum.0
