should we sell ?

Jst wanted your opinions im wanting to move house cos i wanna be nearer family we dont have to sell becuase of financal reasons we could stay here but im thinking should we sell now or wait with the market been like it is ?

    Nothing to lose (except the price of getting a HIP - about £350) by putting it on the market and seeing what happens. The right houses, in the right location at the right price will usually sell.

    In fact, you could put it on the market and then forget about it. You don't have any decision to make until you get an offer.
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)

    Where do you live now; where are you thinking of moving to; how much is your house worth; how much is your mortgage; do you have any photos of your house, wife or pets?

    I doubt that any of the above will help to answer your question, but it's currently a bit slow on here and I'm having to wait in for some documents.

    TBH I couldn't cope with the stress of moving at the moment - bad enough at the best of times but I'd be afraid up until the last second that my buyer would want a last sec price cut.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
