3 Hackett anti-perspirants for a total of £4 using current 342 offer and ACM BOGOF voucher, I wish I'd printed more of those while they were still available.
Spotted a few 5 Day Detox packs on clearance in Marketplace for £3.37 so bought one on impulse, clearance sticker said it was short dated May but just looked and expiry date is July 2008. Anyone tried these before, what am I letting myself in for?
In Arnison Centre found the mini photo albums on BOGOF, got 2 and used 200 points ACM. Just the right size for sorting Boots vouchers in and small enough to fit in my bag.
Deal of the day for me though was 2 Botanics 3 minute hair masks. All Botanics shampoos and conditioners are currently on 2 for £5, this includes the hair mask which is usually £4.99, whopping big 450ml tubs. Used ACM 250 points voucher too. :j
Checked the ACM for the new vouchers, quite disappointed in the new offers this time. Did get one for 1000 points WYB any Kodak digital camera though which seems quite a good deal, prices start at around £18.99 I think it said so I'll be looking into that.
I keep meaning to get the botanics hair masks but haven't got round to it yet as 2 for £5 plus points is good. I found some reduced total expert body cream in North Road yesterday - £1.25 and used a 250 points voucher from the ACM. Not bad I thought:D this was on the clearance stand. I am also going to look at the Hackett stuff cos have ACM voucher for that (also wish I had printed more off:D )saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Please don't tell me bag was from PC only had £2 off yesterday. Yes please would like one thank you. x I think we need to cover all bases for these blooming TB bags. I'm off to PC tomorrow:rotfl: Won't tell other half then go again on Saturday:A .
Hope you get card sorted out its gone into melt down you spending your points:rotfl:
My OH'll clatter me if he reads these threads
Umm, the Shooz bag was from PCbut grabbed one or two
so no worries there. My advice is to go upstairs in PC, and stick a TB bag in your basket, then go through the downstairs till. They don't reduce the bags on the SEL's upstairs - not even when they're on 1/3rd off downstairs
The till does though
It's just getting the timing right.
I did ask why all the stores had different prices on the bags (when they had any) and was told that if one store reduces them, they should all reduce them.
Maybe that was wishful thinking on her part, (and mine!) :rotfl:Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -
Hi Bunbun
The third item has to be £12 or more to work. I tried with a £10 mascara it didn't work. I got foundation, concealer, & firming cream. I paid £13 something has it took concealer off then took another £12 off because concealer was the cheapest item.
Hth and makes sense. x
I think it is the fact that it takes the concealer off twice that I don't get but hey if it works why do I need to understand it:rotfl:
thanks rubylou88 and hotpot4 I have got it!! examples of items and prices made it so much clearer!saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
£60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j0 -
ok I'll do KR and PC tomorrow and see what's what. Anything new in PC in clearance after I wiped it out yesterday;)
One Botanics gift set - £10, but not worth it imo as it only had 2 x large pots of something or other and an exfoliating cloth - might work on 342 though!
I really screwed that offer up lol. The SA got it wrong, then I got it wrong, but I was pushed for time and realised that I'd paid for all 3, so might see if they'll swap it or something
Reduced picture frames etc were still going through as B1G1F, but had a few reduced in Kwood which made them free if you count points as pennies
Still trying to remember what all the stores had. Didn't see any reduced perfume anywhere either.
OH's just said I can use his AC! I might buy him something with his points :rotfl:Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -
Oh forgot about Tweezers/sharpener/nail polish remover...
The newer spits have not to be used with sharpener on, but some are finding it still goes through free and that it may need to be inputted manually.
So free for sharpener and 95p for tweezers, although I had 2 that went through at 49p?!
Nail polish remover has only worked for one or two people
Hi Clo
Sharpeners are still going through no problems as of today, and till always allows it in all stores i've tried, so it would be SA, not till dependant as to whether you were allowed it or not..
Never had a nail polish remover work yet - tried at least 6 different stores nowLucky you Valk_scot
wish i was up Scotland to grab some

I've avoided that offer because it wasn't sinking in with me either bunbun2, but if dd wants any, I'll know what and how to buy it now

re - no7 offer (from prices online)
Would it work like this :
No7 Line Lift £12.00
No7 Instant Radiance Foundation £13.25
No7 Instant Radiance Concealer £12.00
Would take off one lot of £12.00 for 3 for 2, then £12.00 off for free concealer w/foundation then £12.00 off for free line lift (with voucher)
So would leave - £1.25 to pay? is this right0 -
