In my local store today there was some of the Elle Macpherson range was in the clearance think its half price. Anyone tried it? any good? there was gift sets with mini bottles ideal for presents;)

Had a quick flit around the 3 Durham Boots today.


3 Hackett anti-perspirants for a total of £4 using current 342 offer and ACM BOGOF voucher, I wish I'd printed more of those while they were still available.

Spotted a few 5 Day Detox packs on clearance in Marketplace for £3.37 so bought one on impulse, clearance sticker said it was short dated May but just looked and expiry date is July 2008. Anyone tried these before, what am I letting myself in for?

In Arnison Centre found the mini photo albums on BOGOF, got 2 and used 200 points ACM. Just the right size for sorting Boots vouchers in and small enough to fit in my bag.

Deal of the day for me though was 2 Botanics 3 minute hair masks. All Botanics shampoos and conditioners are currently on 2 for £5, this includes the hair mask which is usually £4.99, whopping big 450ml tubs. Used ACM 250 points voucher too. :j

Checked the ACM for the new vouchers, quite disappointed in the new offers this time. Did get one for 1000 points WYB any Kodak digital camera though which seems quite a good deal, prices start at around £18.99 I think it said so I'll be looking into that.

Rubes, there's bits and bobs of Essential Aromatherapy going through at 2 for 1, but on clearance, so worth a look? All the nail stuff was being reduced as I was shopping in Kingston, so that might be worth looking out for too.

PC had the kids washbags reduced again to 88p, and bath mats down to 88p (not the best of colours, but serve a purpose )

I have been trying to get my head round the No7 342 foundation and concealer, honest but am still confused. If I get the foundation, the concealer and one other item if the 3rd item is less than the concealer will it take that off the total and if it is more will it take the concealer off.
I know this has been asked and explained loads of times but I am still confused:rotfl:

Hi Bunbun

The third item has to be £12 or more to work. I tried with a £10 mascara it didn't work. I got foundation, concealer, & firming cream. I paid £13 something has it took concealer off then took another £12 off because concealer was the cheapest item.

If you get foundation £13.25
concealer £12
And something else say £15
concealer is cheapest so it takes £12 off (342) and £12 off (free concealer wyb foundation)
So you would pay £16.25
Presume with cheaper item would -£12 concealer and cost of cheaper item but not done that way myself but better to get as near to £12 as you can not loads cheaper.
