I got 2 Hackett and one FCUK spray and can confirm you can mix and match on the 3for2 offer (had a 100pts FCUK to use up from the mailing plus the bogof H ACM)

I have a 500pts wys £10 on baby stuff

Q1. Would the till bleep if it was combined with a 500pts on £15?

Q2. Say if I used the above custard PC voucher would it be £2.03 or the total of the 3 packs towards the £10 spend?

Q3. Likewise and probably an easier example - if I got 4 pks of huggies wipes on bogof i'm thinking it would be £4.98 towards my total, now if i used 4 x £1.25 off - would that be as payment or would it take my total down and throw out the 500pts?

Any help appreciated on this please - I want to get it right before I get to Boots as my brain tends to turn to mush as soon as I step through the door

Hi - just doing my normal sale search this morning and noticed that they have removed the 75% of now. The famous glitter scarf is back up to full price! As is the blue diary.

Get in touch with CS...the contact details are on Page 1 of this thread. This happened to me a few weeks ago and CS told me that you are definately entitled to the GWP when paying with points. Do it by email or letter so that you can print off the reply and take it in to the shop to complain directly to the manager as well. CS said that it was down to poor staff training that this happened.

Tip: put your AC no in the email as well so they "can see you actually did this transaction". But really, it's so they can award you some points as compensation easily! I got 1500 points and my GWP in the end.

This happened to me on the last No7 GWP, I called customer services and the lovely lady put 1500 points on my ad card! :j

I bought DD a Bratz Tattoo sprayer in the sale, tried it out yesterday & it doesnt work. Nipped into store but none available ( as I'd guessed before I looked )
