Hiya! Yes I did...I always do that one. It was fab today, loads of sellers. I love it when it warms up,I spent most Sunday mornings there buying last year & the occassional one selling. Do you go there much?

Forgot to say that you def would have known I was a regular on here as it was all glitch stuff & cheap buys I was selling!

I only go about 2-3 times a year - and have often seen a "Bootser" - will whisper MSE next time and see if it's you!!

Hello peeps - I'm a newbie Bootser, so I'd be grateful for some help. I've been reading this thread and I'm a bit confused:
What is the No7 GWP? I didn't see one in Lincoln - what am I looking for?

What is a "glitch". The usual definition is a mistake or problem, is that what's meant here?

    What's the Ambassador?

Are all suppliments half price with Health Club, or only certain ones?

I haven't seen any sharpeners (not looked closely enough!), so thank you for the tips - I'll try to get some next week.

I haven't seen any clearance items in the Lincoln Boots

Slightly off topic: Does anyone know where I can get some nail repair kits - that for REAL nails not acrylic ones!

    Today's shopping:

    Shop 1
    No7 Lip liner - £1.99
No7 Lip Glaze - £3.79 - free with mag coupon
    Glossy tights - £6 - 100 points
    Expert Body wash - £1.49 - 100 points
    Choc Bar - 69p

    Total paid: £10.17 - 75 points WYS >£10
    Total points100+100+75+8 = 283
    Total saved - £3.79
    £2 Colour voucher received

    Shop 2
    No7 Mens A-S Lotion - £6.50
    No7 Mens Wu Face Wash - £6
    No7 Mens Psr Balm - £6 - free on 3 4 1

    Total paid: £12.50
    Total saved £6
    Total points 100 (mag voucher) + 75 (WYS >£10) + 48 = 223
    £2 Colour voucher received

    That's ex-bf's b'day presents sorted!!

    Shop 3
    S&G Sugar Crush - £9 - 50p MOC + 200 points
    Expert Body Wash - £1.49 - 100 points
Choc bar - 69p (adding when the 50p MOC took total to £9.99 and I "lost" my 75 points! I had it in basket for another "shop", else would have found something cheaper!)

    Total spent: £10.68
    Total saved: 50p
    Total points: 100+ 200 + 75 (WYS >£10) = 375
    £2 Colour voucher received

    Shop 4
    2 x Photo Albums - £20 - BOGOF + 200 points
    Expert Body Wash £1.49 - 100 points
    Magazine - free

    Total spent: £11.49
    Total saved: £11
    Total points: 40 + 100 + 200 + 75 (WYS > £10) = 415
    £2 Colour voucher received

    Day's totals:
Spent £44.84 (with Tesco Clubcard points)
    Points: 1296
    Saved: £20.29

One of the SA's (I did two batches at one till) complemented me on managing my points acquisition techniques!!

I tried using the 250 ATM points for the Export Total Body range, but the SAs were on form and all double checked and explained the Totla Body was a new range. We all grumbled about the Expert range being spread about - the SAs don't like it either!! I was lucky last week, obviously.

I could have kicked myself. A man asked me if I was buying a photo album, as he only wnated one, and I, being half asleep, said I was getting two - one for mum and one for me. If I'd been awake I could have had another album (christmas pressie?) at half price and another 275 points! Duh!

    Sorry long post!!
Slowly getting organised enough to actually write a signature...:rotfl:
Boots points: £72.75 when I lost it lol Tesco points 2140
    Pigsback £4.65 MSF £3.41

You could have had an expert tin free GWP had you bought 2 items in the same shop.
I don't get the TESCO bit? What am I missing?

Thanks for the tip. Haven't seen the tins - not displayed on the expert stand I found! I had them in different shops to use the 100 point vouchers. What's in the tins? I'll hunt them down next week!

Paid for all the shopping with tesco credit card, so 22 points i think. Every little helps!!:rotfl:

    Hi Iodhadh

Lincoln Boots isn't great for anything exciting - hardly any clearance, duff ACM offers, and frequent refusals by SA's even to try coupons/offers (she said encouragingly!)

Thank you for whoever it was that first mentioned them....was it you Passion8?
They had one that said something about 'face'? too, that was really nice, I had it price checked as it said £10 on the shelf, but it unfortunately came up as £10 on the till as well.
    Oh well!!

Doubt I was the first Dollardog ;) but loved those bags from first seeing them. Just need the make-up one (thought I'd bought it - could be buried under the Boots mountain ;)) and then I've all I need :D (Despite what my local SA's think!)

I think it's the pop-art that appeals to me lol.

I think that might have been me dollardog. I posted about them here on 7th April. I have bought even more since. No problem about storing my Boots booty now., useful for other non boots stuff too. They are also filled with masses of tissue paper which I shredded to line one of my hampers:j :j
