Beware uswitch and tesco comparison sites

Hello all,
I recently followed the method for getting a good car insurance deal and now I'm getting spammed. uswitch is the worst but tesco is guilty too.
IF YOU GO TO USWITCH FOR CAR INSURANCE, YOU WILL BE SPAMMED.
I am getting spam on a daily basis to an email address which I only gave to uswitch.
I got one or two to the address which I only gave to tesco and they seem to have stopped now.
It also occurs to me that in recent days, I have been getting phone calls from automated sales systems. I've not had any of those for years - co-incidence?
I think the article should be updated to highlight this risk.
