Not yet, but I am going to. I spoke to one solicitor about it, he said he could not believe a private car park in such a busy spot would not have barriers (the police said the same). He said if a party of caravans decided to park there for a few days the owner would find the money for barriers straight away. However, the solicitor was not sure how I should proceed with this case so it would not be extremely expensive and difficult. (It was a free advice).0
