Oh man.. Help please...

Right.. Ages ago i went into my bank and said i would like to claim my bank charges back.. no problem they said.. they told me i had to pay £5 to get all my bank statements back from the last 5 years.. then i had to highlight all the bank charges and bring it back in.. i did this and took it back in.. when i got there the woman said "oh sorry.. cos we're in court we cant do anything about it".. fair enough i thought.. until i got a bank charge a few days later.. lol.. Ironic isnt it..
So bascially.. i send a letter saying how i wasnt happy that i had been told one then, then literally a few days later been told another thing.. This was 3 months ago.. and i still havnt a clue what to do..
I really need to money back hense having more bank charges.. and its just really getting me down.. Im a student and need all the pennies i can get..
