CCA dates - help needed

hi all,
i hope someone can help me here with the CCa request and the how many days do i need to gove them etc...???
i have sent 3 CCA's with my £1.00's to 2 companies.
1. 1st credit and they cashed my cheque and sent back a letter acknowledging the letter. this was recieved on the 18/03/08 as i sent recorded delivery.
2. Wescot (1) Sent back my cheque with letter acknowledging request. They recived my letter on the 19/03/08
3. Wescot (2) Never cashed my cheque or sent a letter back but they recived my letter on the 18th/03/08
when i can i send them the next letter and what does it need to say? none of them has sent the CCa the letter from 1st credit said it might take 6-8 weeks?!

My understanding is that they must supply the CCA within 14 days. After 44 days of the request (14 days + 30 days) they commit an offence.0
