Reclaiming Money Problems

Hi!

I am thinking about doing the reclaiming the money from the bank charges, which I get every month.

I am currently in my overdraft with Natwest and have a loan for a couple of thousand - Can they close my account and I have to pay up everything immediatly?

Thanks! James

I have a mortgage with them too - not sure if it makes a difference but I thought I may as well say it now.

Mortgages and loans are covered by completely separate agreements and won't be affected by any claim.

Overdrafts are repayable on demand and they can close your a/c, but Natwest do not routinely do this. They would be extremely unlikely to close an a/c that services a loan or mortgage, since that would be counter-productive for them.
