If you call the helpline between 6pm Thursday 3rd April and 8am Tuesday 8th April you will be unable to query any payments or overpayments etc.
The systems will be down for maintenance as it is the new financial year.
There is absolutely no access so the advisers can tell you nothing about your claim/award.
If you need to make a change of circumstance you are better (and quicker) waiting until after Wednesday 9th April.
Any changes you make during the system downtime will be taken on paper and updated ASAP - but unfortunately ASAP is not always very soon and the delays could turn out to be a right pain in the @ss if the change of circumstance is quite urgent.

Bumped as a reminder to anyone who needs to call TCO over the next few days - if you need to call them do it now!0

Bumping this again for anyone considering visiting their local HMRC enquiry centre instead of calling TCO. The systems will be unavailable for all staff so enquiry centres will be no use to you either

If you haven't received the renewal pack by around the middle of June you should give them a call as it may have been issued but gone missing in the post.0
