Cheapest fare?
Hi
I've tried using the National Rail website however I'm experencing technical difficulties.
I need to get to Brighton, departing from London (cheapest place) this Friday (4th April). I can depart anytime after 6pm. The eairler I arrive the better but I'm happy arriving a little later if it'll be cheaper.
I'm returning from Brighton the following morning, Saturday 5 April. I need to be back in London by 9am. Again I'm looking for the cheapest fare!
I have a Young Persons railcard however I was told it can become more expensive if you indicate this on websites when the fare does not accept it.
Thanks for your help!

USE THETRAINLINE.COM
u need to specify where in london tho.0 -
With your railcard - £16.50 saver return from Blackfriars on FCC services.
Don't bother with the trainline - it charges fees that the others don't. In any case on this route advance booking saves nothing.
The rail sites do seem to be acting up a bit tonight - I needed several tries to find anything at all.0 -
how about the coach firms? i think they may still do £5 o/w fares..
check out national express, or stagecoach?Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
