Cost of new lawn etc

Just got a quote for our old lawn to be taken up,relevelled,topsoiled and new grass laid-approx 84 square metres.Three new fence panels and reinforced in areas where the dogs have weakened it.Stepping stone path...all materials and labour....£1800.

Does that sound reasonable to any of you?
