Tesco Direct.....Every Little Helps - lol.

Tesco Direct ...pah ....USELESS!

Ordered 5 pieces of garden kit in their clearance - only two items turned up at the store (rest was 'lost in Transit'!)...two weeks later, I realised they still hadn't refunded me. Efficient? Contacted customer services - hehe....they refunded me the full price (& not the sale price that I'd paid in the first place). Result.

Next order - I ordered 5 items.....all were delivered. Checked my account only to see "There is a problem with your order next to each item". Queried it with CS - refund given for all items?!!!

Today - ordered 12 items (mainly piddley little things). 12 items turn up, 11 of them mine & one other computer item worth about £100 (that I didn't order!). Didn't sign for any of it....asked the driver - he said "No need" before dashing off. The item that didn't turn up was only £2 - £98 up!!

Every little helps!

Collecting at store (when ordering online) takes about 10 mins (even for something as simple as a couple of quid), desk staff have to cross check HUGE long numbers on the delivered blue packages against their systems .....you'd have thought they'd have caught on to scanners by now ?

Tesco Direct are in tatters!! (how did they ever get so big?)

Surely the question should be directed at Tesco? (ie "So Tesco, are you going to go & get your computer item & give Mr McSpank his toothbrush holder??"). Oh? They aren't aware? Like I say....clueless.
