And if you bought in December then you have very much less than half a brain. We were almost 4 months into the biggest financial crisis this country has seen for 70 years !!!!!!.

I guess you are so vociferous about them falling cause you renaged on a deal a few months back and are hoping to god you made the right decision. To be fair zammo i only borrowed a bit, had equity from a house i sold last year when i realised market was turning, could resist the bargain this house was at the time few months back, got it around 25k less than it should have been and a little 6k sweetener on completion, to be fair though not really someone who gloats about what my house is worth, its just a home to me.
