air lock keeps coming back

hi
i fixed an airlock in the bathroom tap. The hot water kept stopping so i used a bit of garden hose pipe and used the cold water pressure to remove the air lock in in the hot water tap. This seems to work for a short time but then the air lock returns...... why is it coming back ? how do i fix it it for good ?
i called a plumber and he said its becuase both taps are opened and therefore empty or reduce the water in the tank to the point an airlock is introduced. he suggested that i only open up one tap at a time and that this should prevent it from happening.... what do you people think ?
my neighbour suggested i may need a nae tap or the tap needs looking at it.
i have a header tank and cws tank.

Your ballvalve could be slightly blocked and not allowing enough cold water into the tank to replace what is being drawn off.
You pressure could be poor, you can add another ballvalve to the tank.A thankyou is payment enough .0 -
