British Gas Click 5 tariff

Just to let everyone know that the current Click tariff is now 5 if you weren't already aware. I thought I was on Click 4 having emailed and spoken to British Gas on the phone but it appears that I am still on Click 1 which means I have missed out on some discounting on prices even though their Customer Services told me that Click 4 was the cheapest and that they would change me to that. Not really sure of the situation with Click 5 - it may be that they are now increasing prices but I am waiting to hear from them. I think it was this site that told us that they won't change your tariff automatically if the price goes down, you need to be pro-active but even then you need to check that they have done what you have asked them to do it seems:mad: .
