Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!

Not sure if you mean food as well but we always take tea, sugar, milk, bread, bacon, eggs, cereal, butter, jam, sausgages, beans and soup, tea towels, bath and hand towels, washing up liqued and a bleach cleaner ( I always bleach the sinks before use) . Couple of bin bags, extra bedding (quilts can be thin) games, cards, books, decent tin opener, as we always like a fried brekkie on holiday I usually bung in my largest nonstick frying pan  Sorry but we eat healthy for the rest of the year....
Waterproof coats and good walking shoes .. its going to be wet... if I think of anything else I will come back...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Dora the pillows can leave a lot to be desired I always take my own... also we take a mug each from home as the cups are sometimes very tiny...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Oh, I do love these caravan breaks.
I always take an electric fan heater. Fair enough, the campsite will often provide you with one if you complain about being cold, but you will have to wait a while.
Everything else is usually provided, but if you have a favourite can opener or kitchen knife, then yes take that with you, but mind and pack it again when you're coming home.

I would take plenty of alcohol as it is usually more expensive to buy it on the site shop. Also dishcloths. Something for Ds to play with, inside and out - football, colouring, books, ds lite etc
Would definitely agree with the heater suggestion if you have one - the bedrooms are often freezing!
Maybe look on the Days Out board or google local attractions/restaurant-chains so that you can print off money-off vouchers before you leave?0 -
i love camping its a great back to basics weekend no tv,
take a radio . ans some board games its a time to spend with family .
take sweets chocolate and other such treats .
Take a flash light or two (its a nightmare trying to light matches in the dark and if you go with my mum the minute you get one to light she blows it out going thats a good one we wil use that later.
Leave the mobiles in a locked box and dont use unless emergency . leave the cc's at home and have a great adventure.
I would take ginger beer too always good fun when sitting round camp fire .
