Nice, but I don't really like the site, it seems like a rip-off of MSE. Some pre/post grad trying to be the next Martin Lewis. Pfft. :P
This comment (in reference to this guys new book) made me laugh:
"I won’t reveal the exact contents in case some little so and so wants to steal them"
- Absolutely hilarious, considering the majority of his sites contents is generic, common-sense advice. Cue: Ways to make money section: get a job. Well, yes, I think we can figure that out for ourselves thank-you-very-much Mr. Martin Lewis wannabe.
And I am also outraged that he's suggesting students use phase 1 medical testing sites as a way to make money! (for those of you who don't know what phase 1 is - it's when medication has not been tested on human beings yet).
"We have known people to go to medical trials and be absolutely fine"
- Oh really?
These medical tests pay out in the thousands, yes, but only because possible side effects and risks are deadly. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Is this some sort of drugs trial? How can they ask students to do this? Wasn't there an article about a drugs trial going wrong? Why do people exploit students? I am going to be careful when I go Uni0

The OPs site was encouraging students to take up medical trials. He has also spammed several other sections of the forum, and reponded to my post by PMing me abusive messages. He has been reported.
Avoid medical trials at all costs. Phase 1 medical testing is dangerous and not worth the risks involved. Sites such as these target students, which is completely out of order. Any student that desperate for money should approach Access to Learning Fund or get a job. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
