Well, I never thought I would be praising a bank for the CS, but here I am.
I have just got off the phone to Smile who have kindly walked me through my finances etc and have even reduced the payment by quite alot on what I owe them to help me out.
She was so nice and helpfull, fell shocked!
Is that new FSA rule thing in oppo now then?
