This was very nearly a rant - however the speed of service from them turned it into a positive customer experience!
I ordered a Humax 8000T PVR from them on wednesday night as i'd been trying to order one from 247 electrical for 2-3 days with no joy (system refused to process my order) and followed the order procedure through. It was only when they'd processed my order that the 'success' screen told me it could take 7-10 days for me to receive my goods. This was at about 10.30pm. I received a confirmation of order e-mail straight away, a further e-mail from them first thing yesterday morning and a text message this morning from my other half telling me it had arrived!!! Fantastic service, very quick and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!!
