I know people have vented before about this site, but I just needed to have a rant about a problem I'm having with them.
I ordered glasses almost 6 weeks ago and am still waiting. I chased them after 2 weeks and was told they were out of stock but should be in within 7 days. that was 23 days ago and I have emailed them 4 times since then trying to get some information. Have e mailed Michael Reed the Partner but haven't heard anything from him either. I feel I have been incredibly patient, I understand that things happen and there can be delays but the lack of communication is ridiculous
