my bank the Royal Bank Of Scotland are trying to put a default notice on my account which would mean the money i owe, which all is bank charges will be passed on to creditors.
basically the charges are all the banks fault not mine, i had on agreement with them which i have stuck to and they have not. they said they would stop all charges if i payed money in every month, which i do. they have not stopped the charges.
How can i stop it being passed on to creditors.
Please help me someone

I assume you do not have this in writing? Have you made a claim for your charges yet? How much do you owe and how much are the charges in the last 6 years?basically the charges are all the banks fault not mine, i had on agreement with them which i have stuck to and they have not. they said they would stop all charges if i payed money in every month, which i do. they have not stopped the charges.0 -
Yes I do have it in writing, I made a claim back in november got a letter back saying as they are going through the process of being taken to court all claims have been put on hold. My overdraft limit is 450.00 it has gone over that due to the charges, so in all i owe over 900.00. Last 6 months they have charged me 168.00 but that is only the tip of the iceberg it goes back at least 4 years.
thanks

Is this a separate letter to 'all court claims are put on hold'? Can you post the exact wording of the letterYes I do have it in writing,
Yes, claims are put on hold .Unfortunately this does not mean they are going to stop charging you in the meantime.I made a claim back in november got a letter back saying as they are going through the process of being taken to court all claims have been put on hold.0
