hi, welcome, cud it b down 2 stress? exercise or breathing techniques may help, or it cud b over styling in which case some conditionin treatments will help & regular cuts.Some times if ur takin a strong medication it can cause hair loss but will usually return 2 normal afterwards, also some medical conditions can cause hair loss

i bought some Pregaine shampoo from Boots ( Actually is was reduced from £7:50 to £1:75) That seems to have made my hair thicker. Often hairloss comes in cycles, it may come back thick again in time for you.
