needed-plate for microwave

AGHHHHHH last night i smashed the plate from inside my microwave- i dont really want to have to buy a new microwave... any suggestions?????

Don't know what make your microwave is , but they sell replacement plates at www.partmaster.co.uk

Go to you local tip (or as they are now called 'Recycling Center'). There will usually be a large pile of old (and usually fairly new) microwave ovens, which are there for scrap. I mentioned this to my neighbour who did the same last year, he came back with 3/4 plates, one of which was perfect.

i saved the one from my last defunkt microwave, you are welcome to it, it is 323 mm diameter and it is a three point drive type thing in the middle!! can't remember what make it was. if interested pm me
