Income payment agreement (arrangement?), basically how much i'll have to pay each month to the OR towards my bankruptcy.

Calculated as a percentage of my surplus income after all expenditure has been taken into account.

  • when it happened to me in 88 I had to travel to or office almost 100 miles felt like naughty schoolboy going to see the head, hand over cheque book cards etc, I was self employed before br so was on the dole by then and didn't pay any thing, he said tell me when you get a job I did , he asked how much a week £120 no good he said tell me if you start earning more than 225 a week , I never did and was discharged 5 years later and now have a perfect credit score
