Well, what can I say :)

Really nice bloke.. talked for about half an hour, totally understood how i'd got to where I was etc..

Get to keep my car and pension.

IPA is probably going to be about £200, I was hoping for 100-150 and fearing 300 so bang in the middle which is fine.

More so now than after court I feel as if a big big weight has finally been lifted, just sitting at my desk at work with a huge grin on my face :o

    I AM DEBT FREE!!

Just want to bounce around now :D (i'm a 35 year old bloke :rotfl: )

Thanks again to all of you

When I get a moment i'll post up my originally I&E and compare it to what he accepted.. it might help someone?

Right, here goes with the expenditure:

It's for a single bloke living in a one bedroomed flat.

    Rent 625 Ok
    Housekeeping 200 reduced to 163
    Gas, Electric etc 50 Ok
    Water 25 Ok
Telephone (inc mob) 50 reduced to 30
    Travel 150 Ok
    Clothing 35 Ok
    Maintenance/Fines 0
    Council Tax 70 Ok
Student Loan 105 Ok (asked if this was the minimum they'd accept
    which it was)
    Contents Ins 10 Ok
    Tv License 12 Ok
    Car Ins 18 Ok
    Haircut 7 Ok
    Opticians 10 Ok
    Dentist 20 Reduced to 10
    Prescriptions 7 Ok
    Tax/MOT/Service 35 Ok
    Holiday 35 Reduced to 15
    Xmas/Birthdays 15 Disallowed, reduced to 0
Emergencies 20 Disallowed, reduced to 0
    AA 5 Ok

So my expenditure was reduced from 1524 down to 1382.

Obviously this is only what my OR accepted (and disallowed) so others will no doubt be different!

I've still got to wait for his letter confirming all this but he said that this was what it'd show. He was basically looking for abnormally high amounts.
