    If you are using roboform, type your password in ~ might help ~ that's what I had to do.

    Worked ok today. I went into Update Details instead of submit then back to it and it worked. :confused:

    I always used to haev trouble with L'Oreal but I've found a way to deal with it now.

    I enter the info it asks for, then click 'Submit' - it then pops up with 'details not recognised' so I just hit the 'Submit' again & then after a few seconds of 'processing...' it then thanks me for entering :)

    Hope this helps you guys, as I know how frustrating it can be!
