yes or no? going for a very minimalistic look and thinking of built under washing machine, fridge and freezer to keep everything hidden away.
Anyone has any good/bad experiences and good idea/bad idea? And do the dummy doors look flush once fitted?
Cheers in advance

I think you'll find that built-in fridges and freezers can be bought for not too much of a premium over 'normal' appliances, but I suspect a built-in washing machine will be quite a bit more expensive.
It sounds like you already know, as you used the phrase 'fully integrated', but there's also a distinction between built-in and built-under. Built-in are literally that, built-under usually just allow you to fix a normal cupboard door to the front of them. As to whether they look good depends entirely on your fitting skills!
I have the luxury of a utility room for my washing machine, so didn't bother with built in for that, but I've never had any problem with built-in/under fridges and freezers.0 -
We've had them in our last few places and loved them. The washing machine door was a bit off at the last place but we didn't really notice it. We're just doing 4 built under appliances at our new place, the washer dryers were all deeper than the other appliances so we're still a bit worried about whether that will fit flush.
That was also very expensive but the fridge and freezer did seem reasonable as already mentioned. We're now thinking maybe we should have just got a normal washer dryer and just fitted the other items.0 -
Cheers people
The fridge and freezer are about £220 each, and the washing machine (not washer dryer) is about £380..
Still undecided on what hob though? Gas or ceramic/halogen?
As you probably can guess its my first kitchen I've done!

In the process of fitting Fridge,Freezer,W/Machine & D/Washer for my daughter. There was a lot of cursing as everything had to line up before the doors can be fitted, which I will be doing tomorrow. The instuctions were just pictures with no explanation which took a bit figuring out.
The W/Macine has a smaller drum & fridge & freezer have a bit less room than standard appliances.0 -
integrated to me means more money for repairs and replacement. looks much smarter though0
