Sounds like a spam call to me;)
I get a few to my mobile which i use for comps and they always start how are you i'm not selling you anything and within 20 seconds after i have asked them what they want then they are trying to sell me something:/

Theres two different ways you can do it.

1. Click on your name and then click find more posts by rickyuk OR

2. At the top of the page click on user cp and then click list subscriptions.

If u click on your name and look at the list of posts u can change your post title easily by clicking on it there and amending, u also get to see what has comments on since u last checked x
