My wins have always come in the form of a letter or email.
Good luck comping & welcome to the forum!
Thanks Rock Chick Bird (great name btw) - your reassurance is much appreciated!!

Having won twice from TV Hits, or rather DD has, both times I didn't get a WEM but item just arrived rather quickly after closing date. Usually I'd say give them about a month then get in touch, as it's been about that just give them a ring/email & just ask how long it will be.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

Hiya all,
I received my wicker picnic hamper prize today and it was absolutely lovely.
Thing is, the courier bought two of them - each labelled box 1 of 1 - addressed to me - but with different order numbers and different courier consignment numbers.
I signed the courier's electronic thing-a-me-wotsit just the once, so don't know whether I was signing for just one box or both at the same time.
Do you think I should keep quiet and enjoy double the prize? I'm just a bit worried that they might try to charge me for the extra one when they find out that I've kept it.
Has anybody any advice???
Cheers guys for your comments. After sleeping on it I decided to send them an e-mail this morning:-
I'm writing to thank The Mushroom Bureau for the lovely picnic hampers which I received yesterday afternoon. They are so lovely and they've certainly exceeded my expectations.
My family is looking forward to a special day out over the bank holiday at the end of the month, and we will certainly enjoy our lovely picnic.
Once again, many thanks and my best wishes,
I think that covers me with them ... and my comping karma is balanced once again.0 -
so i guess you decided to keep them
wouldnt say that is balanced0 -

I've put the problem into the competition organiser's hands for them to decide upon. I told the truth - that I had received picnic hampers. Let fate decide; the organisers will either let me keep them or decide that I have too many.0 -
that was just a play on words to spot the deliberate mistake
somewhere down the line there is a comper who is missing out on a prize who could be getting agitated and complaining they havent recieved their prize yet
i won from them last month and found the promoters to be really friendly, sincere and upfront
apologised for a delay and always kept me up to date with progress (i never queried anything)0 -
I can see your point ... but there was only one winner.0
