Rtb property

am i right in saying that you can be added to the tiltle deed of a rtb property after living with the person for 12 month + ?

If so How do you go about adding a name to the title deeds on a right to buy property ?

do you need authorisation from the council ??

you cant just put your name on the house deeds because you live there. to "own" a house - your name has to be on the mortgage and this will mean re-mortgaging to a new product in joint names with the person who currently owns the mortgage.
