FSA Guarantee scheme

Hi
I'm new to the forum and hope someone can answer this:
The FSA guarantee scheme: is it per individual in a household or is it per household? for example if I put £30K in a bank and my wife put £30K in the same bank and then the bank went under, would we both be guaranteed or is it only 50% each as we are in the same household?
Thanks in advance
