Hi was wondering if anyone could help me. Ive just decided to try and reclaim bank charges from Abbey so started usual letter (template) asking for last 6 years statements. However I have only today received Statements from January 2007 to Mach 2008. Anyone else had the same experience with Abbey? Should I just send them another letter referring them to my previous letter and demand all statements? Any advice would be appreciated.
