    Aaaah, got it - once you have filled in your details keep pressing enter until it submits - you then get a message telling you that you've entered. (and I'm telling you this why??!)

    no, it's still working - I have just put OH's details in & it went through ok again.
    After you've put in your phone number, tick to say you agree with the T&C's, then go back up to the phone number box & press enter twice (or 3 times, can't remember now).
