Just read your article regarding travel insurance, and also did the comparison link, and none of them were cheaper than EGG (paying online with your EGG card).
I got a single family trip with baggage cover for £35.
I can't find cheaper.

I am travelling to Portugal for 8 days.
2 Adults, and 2 children (under 18)
Baggage cover included.

thanks for that - moneysupermarket.com has policies from £16.57 for your trip, https://www.travelinsuranceweb.com will do it for £15.50, but only if youre under 50. Seems like a pretty decent saving to me!
