Free £25 Grand National bet

There is a lot of confusion here about various codes and amounts to bet. People should be aware that...

In order for Quidco to track you need to have PLACED a bet of at least £10 on Betfair. Quidco will not track until you have bet.

In order to get the £25 free money from Betfair you need to place at least £25 worth of bets. Placing the £10 required for Quidco will not get you the free £25.

There are at least 2 codes to sign up with. The one on the Betfair site beginning with CLT appears to be a £25 freebet which appears when you have matched £25 of bets on any market on the site. The code which Martin has quoted may be specific to bets on the Grand National only, and may not appear until after the race. If you entered Martin's code and have not yet had your free money credited do not worry - wait and see what happens after the race. Make sure you place your £25 on the Grand National and not on something else if you have used this code.

But still no sign of the £25 deposit in Betfair How long does it usually take? I used a debit card and only just realised I had to verify my age so just used a credit card and deposited the £2 which I plan on withdrawing along with the £25

If you click on "My Account" (top right) and select "current bets" from the menu it will tell you what your unmatched bets are and you can cancel them there. Alternatively if you go to the race market and click on the "My Bets" tab on the right your bets on that market will show and you will have an option to alter or cancel them there if they are unmatched.

Yes I am sure each way is WIN and PLACE so place £12.50 in the place and £12.50 in the win.

Debit or credit card should be instant - try logging out and back in.

Quidco now showing as tracked!

It come up on my betfair account, that I need to verify my age. I logged out, and stayed logged out for a while and now the warning has gone :beer:

If you do an each way bet using the quick pick system this will take the betfair starting price so will not get matched untill the start of the race.
By doing half in place half in win it will be matched and the current odds.

when you go to matched bets are your bets listed there?
