your ok if youve got a credit card, but a bit stuffed if you havent.

Debit cards are fine but if you use solo or electron you will need to scan some ID

Arghhh, it's not letting me use the maestro card as the same card has been registered with them before (my husband's had an account with them before and it's a joint bank account so the number is the same even though the other details are different). How annoying.

So now I have no option but to use a visa card. How would this work if let's just dream I won a small fortune :rotfl: - would the winnings only be transferable to my visa card??

Whenever I click the referal link on quidco to go through to betfair, it doesn't work. The link is displayed http://www.quidco.com/visit/1269/BA/cashback/ but when I click through it goes to http://bettingexchange.at/quidco Neither of which will load in either firefox or IE. Any ideas? I use quidco alot and don't usually have these problems

Yes they would go back to your visa card unless you request cheque.

I've tried to do this today but it says SUSPENDED in big red letters over the grand National page - all the other options are open to me but not the grand national. Can anyone check please and see if this is the same on their account.

    THanks BD xx

The market is suspended until the list of official runners for the race is announced.

If you bet on this market before it was suspended then you have lost your money as betfair don't do a no runner no bet.

A scan (or a good quality digital photograph) of your passport or photo driver license will suffice.

Betfair is very strict about age verification.

any idea when this will be back online?
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
  • Weird, I placed bets at about 1.30 - 1.45 with no problems.

Have just emailed them with a scan of some ID, panicked for a bit because I couldn't find any!

This confirm my age thing, I registered and I saw where it said 'confirm your age' but I ignored it and just put £30 in my account (to have a £5 bet on something else that I was already going to go and have a bet on anyway) now I can't seem to find where to confirm my ages. Do I still need to do this or did putting some money in my account using maestro do it for me?

    thanks
