Yes I suspected you did agree with it I didn't say I agreed with it I said I thought it was value for money because of the constant one liner throughout this thread and then the comment asking me not to talk about the BBC TV Licence on a BBC TV Licence thread. I'm always amazed that the BBC people always try to push these things off topic not that theirs an agenda
I asked you to answer a question - you still have not done that - instead you have gone off at a tangent
Oh I'd just like people to notice that he's quoted me and then added his own view to make it look like I've said it. That is low as most people would agree but then we know how the BBC work! I think you will find that a number of people will use the technique of inserting text of a different colour (like this) to address a point - at no time was I intending to suggest that it might have been something you said
So you cannot answer the question I see.
One does indeed have to pay a licence fee but you are not forced to read or listen to any BBC News therefore that which you said cannot be factual?0 -
You have already done one of the most underhand things you can do on a forum which is quote someone and then add to that quote (not clever). It's a commonly done thing - certainly on this forum and I suspect others. The use of colour implies that it is not your quote

You do realise with your wild accusations, you are doing your 'cause' more harm than good.......:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -

When you quote someone you do just that. You do not quote someone and then add your own bits to the quote. If you and your friend feel the need to change what someone has said instead of replying perhaps forums are not for you. Forums in general are about debate and it would seem some people struggle with that. It would also seem some people try to hijack threads when they don't agree with a subject.
Now would it be asking too much to get this back on topic or do you both wish to keep pushing for the thread to be closed because it's about the BBC TV Licence ?0 -

I can only agree with TNG that few if any on this forum would interpret what mymatebob has done as wrong - it's extremely commonly done.
Whilst we're on the subject of 'site rules', Defiant, there is a fairly fundamental rule of this site which is
"Please be nice to all Moneysavers".
You don't appear to consider this very important with your generally belligerant behaviour.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

Truthfully do you honestly think (hand on heart) Tesco would be no1 if they didn’t advertise which in turn has kept the prices down for me and you (when/if you get back here)
I don't know because despite being asked several times, you haven't provided me with any evidence one way or the other.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

i'll stay on topic if you will, instead of wandering off in to areas like bias, corruption and insulting other posters:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -

I answered your question over and over and then asked you one which you have ignored. Now why do the BBC people keep repeating ? Could it be your argument for a TV Licence doesn't exist hence the repeat question and ignore answer approach ie trollingi'll stay on topic if you will, instead of wandering off in to areas like bias, corruption and insulting other posters
So just out of interest so everyone else here can see how have you contributed to this topic apart from sticking up for a known troll? Don't forget your bud doesn't even live in the UK lol0 -

More proof of the BBC bias,Radio 2 listeners who attack Sarah Kennedy on BBC website are censored
She's the radio presenter who likes to give listeners the benefit of her own views on all manner of things ... but now the BBC has banned criticism of Sarah Kennedy from its website after a barrage of complaints from listeners

[STRIKE]That's not proof of bias.[/STRIKE]..
oops
That's not proof of bias - that would happen on pretty much any public forum. if trolls started a load of threads on this forum knocking Martin Lewis, you would expect them to get closed down, wouldn't you?
and that, my dear dear defiant, is STILL off topic. You seem to be the one who wants to keep banging on about stuff like this, rather than the licence fee:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0
