Have you typed in the security code they give you as well?
Then when you press enter a different page loads saying something on the lines of 'your code will be entered into the next draw'

the type is the same colour as the back ground. its very confusing if you left click and keep your finger on it you can see what you've typed (im not very techie can you tell)
