My flat is for sale but with only one viewing in 3 weeks I am thinking of removing it.

Your information is a bit vague.

Going on what you've said though, your flat has only been on the market 3 weeks. Granted ideally you should have had more than one viewing but I think taking it off the market at this stage based on that alone is a little drastic.

We sold our flat at the end of last year. I think we had about 5 viewings in the first month which slowed right down by the end of 6 weeks. We then lowered the price by £5k and got a flood of viewings within the second/third month. We finally sold within 3 and a half months (including one buyer pull out) So I definitely think you're being a bit hasty so far. It might be that the flat is overpriced but it's hard to tell at this early stage.

3 weeks is nothing. Even in an active and rising market you'd be looking at 6-8 weeks to find a buyer.

You'd need to read your agreement with the EA carefully. See what you agreed to when you signed.

I was told by EA that it could take up to 8 weeks but I thought I would get at least one viewing a week, I think I will give it another week and lower the price of 5K.
I spoke with my EA and I am a free to leave anytime.
