has anyone heard or used of choices?
came across a house on website that they were advertising up for auction but that has passed. was told basically they work in the opposite way to a estate agents. you give them details on what you are looking for and they find suitable properties for you below market value up for auctions. you then have option of submitting an offer for this property.
they charge a one off fee of £250 + VAT for a lifetime membership and no other charges even when u find the property. how does it sound?

You could just look at the auction listings yourself. It's free. That's all choices do - money for old rope!

Gives a list of most auctions, certainly all the big ones. There are links to most of the auctioneers websites in the A-Z bit at the side, and the others that don't list the web address you can just Google.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

You can usually google/find any property you're interested in to find out where the auctions are without being a member.
Membership is just "handy" for those without the skills/time/desire to go hunting.
If you've got one you're ever after, I'd suggest posting a link here and let members here track it down.0
