Sage Line 50

I am trying to set up the capability to email remittance advices direct from Sageline 50 (2007) cant seem to have any success, my previous version of Sage has managed it for years, but I cant remember how I set it up! I used ot go into bank, supplier then there was a print option where you could send an email from. It then used to just magically send the email! I am not technical and am having to go seriously 'around the houses' to send remittances, which is taking loads of time and is incredibly frustrating! ANy one help? in words of one syllable with step by step instructions!
Would be most grateful!
