Can someone tell me how to password protect a memory stick so that I don't have to password protect each individual document that I put on it.
Thanks

You could use Truecrypt (but you'd need administrator priviledges on any PC you used it on)."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Unfortunately that wouldn't work as we don't have admin priviledges on the pc's. We thought we had bought memory sticks with this type of security already installed as it said in the catalogue that they had password protection but when we use them there is no sign of any such thing - does anyone know of a memory stick with it already installed - iyswim? Not used it myself but Remora works without the need for admin priviledges http://www.richskills.com/products/7/freeversion.asp"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Kingston Data Traveler Elite USB Keys have password protection "hidden" volume software as standard, as do many others, but I'm not sure if it'll run without admin privileges...0

Try this:

I use it on my hard drives and it says it works on a memory stick as well !0
