Serif software: ANONY SURF - any good??

https://www.serifsoftware.co.uk are currently offering ANONY SURF for £10 inc post which they reckon is the best thing since sliced bread. Has anyone come across it and is it worth having? Serif market PagePlus and other products so I'm sure they are usually OK. This is what their blurb claims:-
