John Lewis Customer Service

Yesterday my 4 year old managed to smash the front of his scooter that he had for Christmas. Thought I'd give John Lewis a call to see what they thought, they immediately offered to refund £39.99 and said we can keep the scooter!!
So glad I didn't buy it off ebay now!
Well done John Lewis!

Another pat on the back for JL and their excellent customer services.

We bought a Sony laptop on 23rd February. Did not even open the box for at least two weeks because I needed my son's help to set up wireless connection. Then went on holiday for two weeks.

Yesterday internet connection would not work whilst there was no problem with the old laptop or the desktop.

So this morning returned the Sony to JL.

The man in the service centre said they would return it to Sony for repair as it was over the 28 day period when they would automatically replace. I said I wasn't happy with this as I had used the machine on a few occassions.

No further argument - I was given a new machine. So another happy customer.

    Thank you JL.
