I am a small landlord and personally I do not mind as I accept the property is that persons home for the duration of the tenancy and am glad to see them taking responsibility. All I would ask is that they let me know so that I can keep records up to date ready for any future tenant. However, I would suggest that you check your agreement or with the letting agent just in case it is not appropriate in your case. Hope this helps. But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0
