Web site not responding (Error 502h) help

Can some one please tell me why i keep getting his error on AOL Web site not responding (Error 502h). Have used ccleaner and cleaned the registry , but the error still remains

You should minmise AOL and type the following into the Internet Explorer bar: https://names.aol.co.uk/names.adp . It might be as well to click Tools > Internet Options and Delete cookies, Delete Files and Clear History first!
