You are very bad Gingham! But I looooove how normal you make me feel. :rotfl:
I've just sat and ate a Scotch pie......I just cant get it to fit in with this new method of counting your daily portions though can I? I have tried.
Although, I have discovered that you can get pure squeezed fruit smoothies on offer somewhere (Tesco/Morrisons maybe?) that are not made from concentrate and count as 2 of your five a day per 250ml glass.
I sit on the couch with a big 1ltr carton and a straw. If anyone wants some....I glare at them then direct them to the fruit bowl where they will find an apple. Sorted.Herman - MP for all!0 -

I don't care if I'm too late I've had a stressful morning with Barclays Bank - anyway I think it's fun........
Sunflower seeds count, so chips fried in suflower oil count - it also neutralises the chips to just potatoes.
The orange in Terrys chocolate orange is a fruit.
Onions sneak in lots of takeaways - every little helps!
If you are detoxing and wine is forbidden - pop a tot of vodka in your smoothy - works. And of course, the fruit in the smoothy adds up to more units than the grapes in the wine. Win win situation.

Oh I am soooo not talking to you now!
I retract my earlier post. It wasn't a Scotch pie, it was a lightly tossed salad with fresh lemon water to drink.
And I am sooooooooooooo normal all by myself, so stuff you.
